About Us

We are a trusted main dealer for Kärcher, Kränzle, and MAC International, specialising in the service and repair of industrial cleaning equipment. Our products include pressure washers, floor scrubber dryers, carpet cleaners, and more. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise.

The Role

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of industrial cleaning equipment at customer sites and in our workshop.

The area to be covered for this role is approximately a 1 hour drive-time from our workshop located in Cirencester, Gloucestershire (GL7 7JE). It would therefore be ideal that the right candidate lives within a reasonable commuting distance.

Responsibilities

Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on industrial cleaning equipment, including pressure washers, floor scrubber dryers, and carpet cleaners.
Conduct routine servicing and maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Provide technical advice and training to customers when required.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards during all work activities.
Work closely with the office team to coordinate schedules and parts orders.

Requirements

Proven experience in servicing or repairing industrial cleaning equipment or similar machinery.
Strong technical skills and mechanical/electrical fault-finding abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Full UK driving licence (required).
Any relevant qualifications in engineering or mechanics (preferred but not essential).
