Serviced Apartment Coordinator

£12.21 - £13 per hour, depending on experience
30-40 hours per week
We are looking for a reliable, organised and proactive individual to help manage the day-to-day operation of our serviced apartment portfolio in Morecambe.
The role is varied and hands-on, involving guest communication, apartment changeovers, cleaning, property inspections, stock management, marketing and general operational duties.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys dealing with people and is interested in helping grow the business by increasing direct and repeat bookings.
Main Responsibilities
- Cleaning and preparing apartments between guest stays
- Managing guest enquiries and communications
- Coordinating guest arrivals and departures
- Carrying out apartment inspections
- Managing linen deliveries and stock levels
- Reporting maintenance issues
- Maintaining high standards across all apartments
- Assisting with social media content and marketing activities
- Updating online booking platforms where required
- Supporting with general administration and operational tasks
Business Development & Marketing
- Assisting with the promotion of our apartments through social media and online marketing
- Encouraging repeat bookings from previous guests
- Supporting initiatives to increase direct bookings through our website and booking channels
- Researching local businesses, contractors and organisations that may require accommodation
- Contacting prospective clients and building relationships to generate direct bookings
- Identifying opportunities to reduce reliance on third-party booking platforms and increase direct revenue
- Helping develop marketing campaigns and local partnerships to increase occupancy levels

- Comfortable using email, smartphones, social media and basic computer systems
- Confident speaking with customers and prospective clients
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Local to Morecambe or surrounding areas
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, cleaning, serviced accommodation, holiday lets, hotels, marketing or business development would be beneficial but is not essential.
