About us

Hawkstone Commercials is a commercial vehicle supplier and leasing company operating out of Bridgend. We have grown quickly, but have plans to further expand our workforce and market share. We aim to be one of the largest commercial vehicle brokers in the UK within the next five years.

Job Description: Sales Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Assist in the preparation of invoicing, deliveries and customer care
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer enquiries or issues
- Monitor and track sales activities, including sales targets and performance metrics
- Prepare sales reports and analysis for management review

Skills:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus

OTE: £27,000.00

Experience:
