Full job description

Role: Facilities Administrator

Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE

Hours: 37 hours per week | between 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 13:00 Friday

Salary: Between 27,000 - £30,000 pa DOE

We're looking for a proactive Facilities Administrator to play a key role in keeping buildings, equipment, and workplace environments running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance across the site
Keeping accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation up to date
Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Monitoring building systems and escalating issues quickly
Supporting health & safety processes, audits, and risk assessments
Managing ordering of tools, equipment, and consumables
Providing general administrative support to the facilities function

Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
Confident communicator with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks
Ability to prioritise and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of maintenance processes or facilities operations
Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach
Commitment to health & safety and compliance standards
