We design, install and maintain CCTV, intruder alarms, access control and fire protection for businesses across East Anglia that can't afford to get security wrong. We're SSAIB certified and ISO 9001 and 14001 accredited, with Hikvision and Paxton behind us. We're a small Norwich team rebuilding this business the right way: honest pricing, work done properly, and people who own what they do.

Maybe. You tell us. You'll have warm leads, a marketing engine and a book of clients who already trust us. You'll also be expected to go and find new business: out at events, networking with purpose, opening doors nobody has opened yet. The package
Base £28,000 to £30,000 depending on experience, plus a performance bonus (individual and team), pension, and the tools to do the job properly. You'll get 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, and a company or pool car is available when you're out at meetings and site visits. We'll show you exactly how the bonus works at interview.
The perfect candidate
You build trust fast and you understand that B2B security is a considered purchase, not a hard close. You're organised, you follow up relentlessly, and you'd rather lose a deal than mis-sell. You're happy on the phone, in person and in front of a CRM. Above all, you're a door-opener: you go and create opportunities rather than waiting for them to land. You're as comfortable sorting a client's renewal paperwork accurately as you are winning a new one. You've got the energy for the morning or evening networking that opens doors, and the drive to want more from a role over time. You hold a full UK driving licence. Industry experience is a bonus, not a requirement: we'll teach the security side to the right person.
A typical day
08:30 team stand-up and a look at the day. 09:00 follow up yesterday's enquiries and get quotes moving. 10:30 call a client whose contract is up for renewal and reissue it at the right price. 11:30 line up new prospects and reach out to open a door or two. 13:00 a networking lunch you leave with two new conversations started. 14:30 a discovery call with a prospect you opened last week. 15:30 tidy the CRM so nothing slips. 16:30 send a proposal and book next week. Some evenings you'll be out building connections in the region. Every day is yours to run.
The nitty-gritty
Based at our Norwich office, covering East Anglia. A full UK driving licence is required; a company or pool car is available for meetings and site visits. Full-time, with some evening networking. We replace tired kit, we don't make you fight for it. We're looking for someone to start within 4 weeks.
