Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Double Glazing Installation Manager to oversee and coordinate installation projects.
The successful candidate will have technical knowledge and be aware of and ensure safety standards are met by subcontractors (fitters). Preference of fitting double glazing preferred.
They will need to be computer literate and a team player.
Hours are 9am to 4pm
Immediate start for the right candidate
Responsibilities
· Liaising with the surveyor
· Booking installation dates with customers
· Maintaining the installation diary
· Maintaining a good rapport with suppliers
· Ordering frames, windows, doors etc and other glazing elements as required such as trims etc.
· Liaising with subcontractors (fitters) and the yards man
· Ensuring payments for installations are made on completion
Requirements
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership qualities with experience supervising diverse teams
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with customers, suppliers and team members
Pay: £36,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
