What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing & Growing Accounts: Building and nurturing relationships with around 200 existing accounts, ensuring their needs are met and offering tailored solutions.
- Targeting New Business: Actively seeking out and pursuing new business opportunities by identifying potential leads, reaching out to prospects, and establishing connections with key decision-makers. This includes cold calling and lead generating.
- Sales Growth: Driving growth by identifying sales opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling products and services to both new and existing customers.
- Product Expertise: Understanding and effectively promoting the company’s product range to drive sales and increase client satisfaction.
- Customer Communication: Maintaining regular contact with your accounts via phone, email, and online platforms to ensure high levels of customer retention and loyalty.
- Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to meet targets, track performance, and contribute to business growth.
- Market Insight: Keeping up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust strategies for success.
- Team Collaboration: Working with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and an outstanding customer experience.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
- Proven Sales & Telesales Experience: A solid track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in a B2B or account management environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to engage customers and build lasting relationships over the phone and via email, with strong negotiation skills.
- Target-Oriented: A results-driven mindset with the ability to handle multiple accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Self-Motivated: Able to work independently and manage your time effectively to achieve goals and deadlines.
