Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Wills, Trusts and Probate Solicitor to join a highly regarded law firm based in the South Lakes, Cumbria. This permanent Private Client Fee Earner job can be offered on a full-time or part-time basis and presents an excellent opportunity to develop within a well-established private client team while working in the beautiful South Lakes region. You can be based in any of their offices in the South Lakes making this role commutable for those based in The Wills, Trusts and Probate Lawyer job in Kendal offers hybrid working, a competitive salary of £34,000–£60,000 (DOE) and a range of wellbeing benefits. The job is commutable from locations including Kendal, Windermere, Kirkby Lonsdale, Penrith, Lancaster, Milnthorpe and surrounding areas.

Role Responsibilities

This Private Client Fee Earner job in Kendal offers the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients across the South Lakes. You will be be managing a varied caseload of matters including:

Powers of Attorney
Trusts
Wills
Probate
Tax planning
Estate administration

Person specification

Applications are sought from Private Client Fee Earners, either Legal Executive or Solicitor, ideally with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE and able to demonstrate the following:

Exceptional client care and service
Excellent communication skills
Friendly and approachable
Collaborative working
Flexible and positive approach to work
