Front of House Team Member (Evenings & Weekends)

No Monkey Business is an alcohol-free café, bar and social space in the heart of Keswick.

We've created a place where people can meet friends, enjoy great coffee, discover amazing alcohol-free drinks and spend time together in a welcoming and relaxed environment. The Role

We're looking for Front of House Team Members to join our team for evening and weekend shifts.

You'll play a huge part in creating memorable experiences for our customers, from the moment they walk through the door until the moment they leave.

Experience is great, but attitude is everything. We'd rather train someone with a fantastic personality than hire someone with years of experience who doesn't share our values.

What Day-to-Day Looks Like

Every shift is different, but you'll spend your time:

Welcoming customers with a genuine smile
Taking food and drink orders
Serving food, coffee and alcohol-free drinks
Chatting with customers and building rapport
Making recommendations from our menu
Clearing and resetting tables
Keeping the venue clean, organised and inviting
Supporting your teammates during busy periods
Helping create a positive atmosphere throughout the venue
Making sure every customer leaves having had a great experience

You'll probably be a great fit if you:
