Salary: £28,598 to £29,540 per annum
Hours: 37 Hours per week
Location: An agreed Family Hub base within Cumberland
Contract: Permanent
About this opportunity
We are looking to recruit family focused and proactive individuals to deliver the ‘Best Start in Life’ offer within Cumberland’s Family Hubs, to improve outcomes for babies, young children and families.
The right people will help us to develop high quality support for families from pregnancy onwards, in partnership with our communities. This will include delivering evidence-based programmes, peer support networks and community outreach activities to support families with parenting and home-based learning. You will work as part of a team to ensure that Family Hubs across Cumberland offer a consistent Best Start in Life core offer, whilst also being responsive to locally identified needs.
You will understand the importance of early attachment, promoting parent-infant and child wellbeing and enhancing children’s early learning and development. The postholder will support our vision of building the confidence of families through strengthening their social networks and providing access to timely advice and integrated support for young children, including those with emerging SEND needs.
These roles are available on a permanent basis.
