Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations within our doggy day care business. We are at the startup phase - the successful candidate will be responsible for growing sales, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong management skills to contribute to organisational growth and success.

Duties

Grow sales.
Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise productivity and efficiency.
Manage resources effectively, including scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
Handle escalated customer or client issues promptly and professionally.
Prepare reports on team performance, operational challenges, and improvement initiatives for senior management.

Skills

Proven experience in management or leadership roles within a relevant industry.
Excellent organisational and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to motivate teams.
Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in relevant management software and tools.
