Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Facility Administrator to join our team.

Duties

Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents to maintain an organised office space.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely responses and maintaining professional phone etiquette.
Set up and pack away chairs and tables for user groups
Assist in packing away the bouncy castle
Light cleaning duties when doing weekend cover
The position will be to cover in the office during Tuesday morning and 6-10, Thursday 9-12 and 6-9, alternate weekends and cover holidays.

Qualifications

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is advantageous but not essential.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.

Full training will be given.
