Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Senior Bar Person to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will lead the bar service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests while delivering exceptional drinks and customer experiences. Your expertise will help maintain high standards of service, safety, and cleanliness, contributing to the lively and positive environment that our venue is known for. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and passion for hospitality in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Oversee bar operations, ensuring efficient service during busy periods while maintaining a lively atmosphere.
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic options, with precision and flair.
Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, engaging with guests to enhance their experience.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and responsible serving practices at all times.
Manage stock levels, order supplies as needed, and maintain accurate inventory records.
Supervise junior team members, providing guidance and training to uphold service quality and safety protocols.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with health regulations and company standards.

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments, particularly as a senior or lead bartender.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol serving practices.
Excellent serving skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while multitasking efficiently.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, bills, and inventory calculations.
Exceptional communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate others and uphold team standards.
