Job Overview

You must have experience on" 4 Projects document control software / Trimble"

and MUST have onsite CONSTRUCTION exp as a document controller to be considered for this role.

My Client a Leading Building Services Company is looking to hire a Document Controller for a major project in Kettering. This is a longterm project leading on to further projects in the locality.

Ensure full compliance with all Company policies and ISO accreditations.
Maintain the site records – Weekly Progress Report
Assist the Health and Safety team in audit processes and to record safety documentations on Share Point
Liaise with Main contractor and sub-contractors Document Control or Site Admin on the provision of documentation.
Take an active role in setting up, implementing, managing and improving the document management process

Qualifications

Previous experience within a similar, on-sit Constructione, administration role.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work on a busy site/work environment.
Excellent written and communication skills
Ability to build rapport with the project team and wider professional team
Full drivers license
