Full job description

Povoas Packaging Ltd has an exciting opportunity for someone with previous office, administration/customer service experience who wants to develop their skills.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Desborough.

Duration: Permanent.

Shift: 09:00-17:00 Monday - Thursday & 08:30-16:30 Friday.

Annual leave: 22 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays. Some restrictions may apply with department clashes and busy periods.

In this role, the successful candidate, will be working with a mixture of customers including retailer (High street) and industrial. The products supplied range from mail order bags, aggregate bags and packing film.

Key Responsibilities:

Building and Maintaining long term relationships with existing customers through consistent interaction via telephone and email.

Process orders and produce stock cards for Production on a daily basis, accurately and efficiently.

Communicate with the external sales contacts as and when necessary.

Receiving incoming calls and emails / making outbound calls as required.

Be the internal point of contact for customers - manage customer enquiries, provide quotations and make follow up calls to obtain feedback.

Stock management for selected account base.

Order tracking via communication with internal teams.

Working as part of a small team including covering for other team members for holiday / absence.

General administration duties.

Skills required:

Proven experience of B2B customer service / account management.

(Experience of flexible packaging would be advantageous).

Excellent communicator – written and verbal.

Proactive, positive, enthusiastic – able to take ownership for assigned tasks.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail – ability to manage workload effectively.

Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
