Full job description

Do you have a minimum of 2 years experience with TIG and MIG welding and fabrication?

Come and join our small but might team at Dynamix Speciality Metal.

About the role
We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years’ welding and fabrication experience. You’ll have a keen eye for detail, be able to read engineering drawings, and enjoy problem-solving.

Who we’re looking for
We're looking for a motivated and reliable team player who is eager to learn, willing to get stuck in, and able to use their initiative when needed. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a supportive small-team environment where every contribution makes a difference.

Key skills and experience

Experience with TIG and MIG welding (essential)
Minimum 2 years’ fabrication experience
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Strong attention to detail
Full driving licence and own transport (due to rural location)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to work under pressure

Desirable

Experience working with stainless steel

Hours & Pay

Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
Overtime available with enhanced rates
£14.75 – £16.00 per hour, depending on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £14.75-£16.00 per hour
