Who are The Wheel Specialist?
The Wheel Specialist is the UK’s leading alloy wheel refurbishment network, with locations nationwide. We specialise in transforming and repairing alloy wheels to the highest standard, working with both the general public and trade customers. Our reputation is built on quality, consistency, and outstanding workmanship.
What you’ll do:
- Remove and refit wheels and tyres on a wide variety of vehicles
- Prepare wheels ready for refurbishment, including cleaning, masking, and basic repairs
- Assist with powder coating and diamond cut wheel refurbishment (full training provided)
- Operate workshop equipment, including CNC machinery, as your skills develop
- Support the team to ensure a smooth workflow and outstanding results
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
What we’re looking for:
- A genuine interest in cars and wheel refurbishment
- Previous experience removing and refitting wheels or tyres is beneficial, but not essential
- A strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail
- Someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn new skills
- The ability to handle physical work, including lifting wheels regularly
