ROTATING SHIFT PATTER - 6:00AM –2PM, 2PM-10PM

This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe and compliant working environment throughout the factory.

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure all cleaning duties are carried out in accordance with BRC site rules and company procedures.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping across the warehouse and packing areas.
Safely use cleaning chemicals, equipment and PPE in line with COSHH and Health & Safety regulations.
Empty waste bins and dispose of waste in the correct designated areas.
Complete cleaning schedules and records accurately.
Report any hygiene, safety or maintenance issues to the relevant supervisor.
Support the business in maintaining audit-ready standards at all times.

Requirements :

Previous cleaning experience in a food manufacturing environment
Would enjoy working in a fast paced physical manufacturing environment distributing quality, food safe products for customers
Feels comfortable working in a factory environment which can be dusty and noisy, with varied temperatures
Have the ability to perform a variety of physical activities such as lifting, bending, walking, pushing, pulling, and stretching
Must have positive can do attitude
Enjoy being organised & part of a small team
Will require to work on rotating shift pattern 6:00 – 14:00, 14:00 – 22:00
Possible weekend (Saturday) shift work during busy periods

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £13.43-£13.71 per hour
