Automotive Yard Operator (Sales, Valeting & Light Mechanics)
Location: Kidderminster, Worcestershire (In-Person)
Job Type: Part-time / Full-time (Flexible hours available)
Salary: Commission-Only (£100 per vehicle sold)
Expected Earnings: £1,000+ per week (Based on target sales)About Us:
We are a high-volume, independent automotive business with a permanently stocked site of 100 vehicles. We are seeking a self-motivated, hands-on individual to run and operate our busy Kidderminster yard. If you want to control your own income and manage a site independently, this is your opportunity.Why Work Here?

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

Drive Sales: Manage incoming customer enquiries, show vehicles, conduct test drives, and close deals to hit our minimum target of 10 sales per week.
Yard Management: Run the day-to-day operations, security, and layout of the Kidderminster site.
Vehicle Preparation: Valet, deep-clean, and detail cars to showroom standards so they are ready to sell.
Light Mechanics: Perform basic vehicle checks, jumps, battery changes, and minor fault-fixing to keep stock retail-ready.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

The Ultimate Hustler: A self-starter who is motivated by money and thrives in a performance-driven environment.
Automotive Background: Practical experience in used car sales, valeting, or light mechanical work.
Driving Licence: A full, valid UK Driving Licence is strictly required to move stock and conduct test drives.
Reliability: A trustworthy individual capable of operating a large vehicle yard independently.

Pay: £100.00 per day
