The role involves contacting homeowners and booking appointments for our energy-saving home improvement services. You will be working from a mixture of cold calling data and warm inbound leads.

Responsibilities:
- Outbound calling to potential customers
- Following up warm leads and enquiries
- Booking qualified appointments for surveyors
- Updating customer records accurately
- Working towards daily and weekly targets
Requirements:
- Previous telesales, call centre, or customer service experience preferred
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Strong communication skills
- Motivated and target driven
- Reliable and punctual
