Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled CPCS/NPORS 360 Driver to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will operate heavy machinery, specifically the 360-degree excavator, to support various construction and excavation projects. Your mechanical knowledge and expertise in commercial driving will be essential to ensure safe, efficient, and precise operation of equipment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale projects while working in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Duties

Operate CPCS/NPORS certified 360-degree excavators safely and efficiently across multiple sites.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Assist with site preparation, excavation, loading, and material handling tasks as directed by supervisors.
Follow all health and safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and colleagues.
Coordinate with team members to execute project plans accurately and on schedule.
Maintain detailed logs of equipment usage, inspections, and any incidents or anomalies.
Support other construction activities requiring mechanical knowledge or commercial driving skills as needed.

Experience

Valid CPCS or NPORS certification for 360 excavator operation.
Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a construction or industrial setting.
Strong mechanical knowledge related to excavators and similar equipment.
Experience with commercial driving, including safe handling of large vehicles and machinery.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety standards.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
