About The Role

At Lloyds Clinical, we are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and supporting people to access vital medications and healthcare services in their own homes. We are now looking for a Healthcare Coordinator to join our Clinical Contact Centre team and play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for patients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams.

As a Healthcare Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing patient communications, coordinating prescription processing, maintaining accurate patient records, and supporting the smooth delivery of healthcare services. This is a highly organised and patient-focused role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.

About You

We're looking for a proactive and organised individual who is passionate about delivering excellent patient care and customer service. You will be a confident communicator with strong attention to detail, comfortable managing multiple tasks and working across different systems in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a healthcare, pharmacy, contact centre, administration, or customer service role would be beneficial, alongside the ability to handle sensitive information professionally and maintain high levels of accuracy at all times.
