Due to our continued growth, we are looking for ambitious, motivated and results-driven Sales Consultants & Business Development Executive to join our expanding team.

Your Responsibilities
Working with warm leads generated through our marketing campaigns, exhibitions, networking events and educational seminars, you will:
- Follow up enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Conduct telephone and face-to-face discovery consultations.
- Understand each client's goals and recommend the most suitable solution.
- Present and sell our training programmes, mentoring packages and franchise opportunities.
- Build strong long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Attend company exhibitions, networking events and property investment shows to generate new business opportunities.
- Attend and support our 1-Day Property Masterclasses held regularly in London, Manchester and Birmingham, assisting with delegate registration, networking, presentations and sales conversations.
- Attend our 3-Day Training Programmes, Discovery Days and other educational events where required.
- Travel throughout the UK to support events, exhibitions, client meetings and business development activities.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to maximise lead conversion.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while following our proven consultative sales process.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, business development or consultative selling.
- Property experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Confident presenting and closing high-value sales.
- Self-motivated, resilient and driven to achieve ambitious targets.
- Professional appearance and presentation.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK and stay away from home when required.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends to support company events, exhibitions and training programmes.

Please note: This role involves regular travel across the UK. Attendance at exhibitions, networking events, company workshops, Discovery Days and training programmes is an essential part of the position. Weekend working and occasional overnight stays away from home are required.
