About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Specialist Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in a range of specialist cleaning and restoration services. You will work across commercial, industrial, and residential environments, delivering high-quality results while maintaining exceptional health and safety standards.
Essential Skills & Experience
Ideal applicants will have proven experience in any of the following areas:
- Hot Water Extraction (HWE) carpet cleaning
- Upholstery cleaning
- Hard floor restoration, polishing, and maintenance
- Tile and grout cleaning and restoration
- Pressure washing and soft washing
- Commercial kitchen extraction and canopy cleaning
- Water damage restoration and drying
- Mould remediation and treatment
- Pure water window cleaning systems
- Biohazard and specialist decontamination cleaning
- Roof cleaning, moss removal, and treatment
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver specialist cleaning and restoration services to a professional standard.
- Operate specialist cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Assess cleaning requirements and recommend appropriate treatment methods.
- Complete work in accordance with company procedures and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate job records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service on every project.
Desirable Qualifications
The following certifications or training would be advantageous:
- Carpet and upholstery cleaning certifications
- Water damage restoration training
- Mould remediation certification
- Biohazard cleaning training
- IPAF, PASMA, or Working at Height certification
- Full UK driving licence
- CSCS card
