We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support our Managing Partner at Maven Capital Partners, based in our Glasgow office, on a part-time basis, 3 days a week. A key role at the heart of the business, providing high-quality administrative and operational support while ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and growing private equity firm, working at the heart of the business and supporting senior leadership day to day.

The role & responsibilities

You will provide high-quality, seamless support, including:

Managing a busy and ever-changing diary, ensuring priorities are effectively handled.
Monitoring emails and drafting responses where appropriate.
Coordinating complex travel arrangements, including international travel.
Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Organising meetings end-to-end, including agendas, papers, and logistics.
Supporting events and wider business activities.
Preparing expense claims and assisting with general administration.
Building strong relationships with senior executives, clients, and advisers.

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

Has proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders.
Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Communicates confidently and professionally.
Handles confidential information with discretion.
Is proactive, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities.
Thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
