At Queensmith, we understand that our greatest asset is our exceptional team. As Lead CAD Designer, you sit at the heart of our production process, translating client briefs and collection concepts into precise, cast-ready designs while leading a talented CAD team to deliver to the highest standard. Spending the majority of your time hands-on with complex bespoke and collection work, you bring both technical mastery and creative instinct to every piece. Alongside this, you shape how the CAD department runs day-to-day: setting the pace, maintaining quality, and developing the people and the department culture around you. Clear communication, sharp organisation, and the ability to work at pace without compromising precision are what make this role central to everything we produce. Your contributions are integral to our journey.
