Salary Range: £30,000 to £34,000 per annum subject to experience
Location: Office Based in Kings Lynn (with the potential for occasional working from our Norwich office).

We are looking for a creative, commercially minded Content Marketing Executive to take ownership of and develop our retention and written communications channels including email, SMS, WhatsApp, direct mail, and Substack, helping us elevate the customer experience while driving measurable growth. This role will have a strong focus on Klaviyo, with responsibility for building, developing, and continuously improving the platform as a core part of our retention strategy.
This role will be based in our new office in South Lynn, Kings Lynn, Just of the A47 Junction for St Germans and Saddlebow, with ample free parking.
The Role
Collaborating closely with the Creative Director and wider marketing and e-commerce teams, you will lead the strategy, planning, creation, and optimisation of all written customer marketing communications across our brand.This is a hands-on role for someone who loves both creativity and performance marketing. You will be responsible for building and developing our Klaviyo ecosystem, creating engaging campaigns, setting up and growing our Substack, generating content across channels, optimising automated customer journeys, analysing results, and continually identifying opportunities to improve performance while maintaining our tone of voice.
We are still early in our SMS and WhatsApp journey, so there is a real opportunity for someone to shape and grow these channels from the ground up. You will also support the creation of printed marketing content for loyalty and subscriber mailings.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign & Content Management
- Plan, write, build and execute weekly email and SMS campaigns
- Create engaging, high-converting written content aligned with brand tone of voice
- Develop and optimise automated customer flows and retention journeys
- Take ownership of building, developing, and improving Klaviyo as a core retention platform
- Set up, launch, and manage our Substack, including generating regular content for the channel
- Build and test pop-up forms and subscriber acquisition strategies
- Coordinate printed marketing communications for loyalty subscribers and campaigns
Strategy & Performance
- Own the email and SMS marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns are approved at least two weeks in advance
- Analyse campaign performance including attributed revenue, open rates, click-through rates, flow performance, and conversion metrics
- Run A/B testing programmes to continuously improve engagement and revenue performance
- Conduct regular Klaviyo audits to identify growth opportunities and improvements
- Monitor subscriber health and maintain clean, organised customer data within Klaviyo
Process Management
- Maintain strong day-to-day communication with the wider marketing team
- Manage task boards and workflows to ensure projects stay on track
- Proofread and quality-check communications before launch
- Produce weekly status updates and monthly performance reporting
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
- Klaviyo experience is essential. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience using the platform day to day.
- Demonstrable experience in email marketing, CRM, retention marketing, or content marketing is essential.
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategy
- Experience analysing campaign performance and using data to improve results
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
