Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for culinary arts to develop their skills within a professional kitchen environment. The Chef de Partie will work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to established recipes and standards
Oversee specific sections of the kitchen, such as grill, pastry, or sauté stations
Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed
Assist in the organisation and cleanliness of the kitchen area
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods
Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or needs to management
Contribute ideas for menu development and presentation enhancements
Maintain a high level of attention to detail in food preparation and presentation

Experience

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly within a professional kitchen environment
Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
Experience working in a fast-paced culinary setting, demonstrating efficiency under pressure
Familiarity with serving procedures and customer service principles is advantageous

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
