Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join us in Kingswinford. This role will focus on driving business development with new clients, helping to expand our reach and enhance our market presence.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies. This role requires a strong leader with the ability to analyse market trends and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience with Sales and possess exceptional leadership skills to achieving sales targets.

About the Sales & Marketing Manager role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and execute our sales and marketing strategies. This is a pivotal role that reports directly to the company director and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the business. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales and marketing function, including planning, execution and performance monitoring.

This is a hands-on, office-based position ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving growth and building brand presence.

The role involves a blend of responsibilities including client engagement, the development and execution of LinkedIn campaigns, outbound telephone sales, and the promotion of our brand across social media platforms. You will play a key role in driving growth and increasing our market presence through strategic planning.
