Full job description

Numi Scan Birmingham is a modern, patient‑focused private ultrasound clinic offering high‑quality Pregnancy, Gynaecology, General Health, Small Parts and MSK ultrasound services. We are known for our welcoming environment, clear communication, and consistently high clinical standards. Our clinic provides same‑day appointments, detailed reports, and a calm, supportive setting for both patients and clinicians.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Sonographer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform high‑quality Obstetric scans including early pregnancy, viability, dating, reassurance, growth and presentation.
Conduct Gynaecology scans including pelvic, transvaginal, ovarian and uterine assessments.
Deliver General Health ultrasound such as abdominal, renal, urinary tract and small parts.
Carry out MSK scans (shoulders, knees, soft tissue etc.) where competent.
Produce accurate, clear and timely clinical reports.
Provide a reassuring, patient‑centred experience with excellent communication.
Maintain high standards of safety, professionalism and infection control.

Key Skills & Requirements

HCPC
Competent in Obstetrics, Gynaecology, General Health Scans; MSK desirable but not essential.
Strong communication and patient‑care skills.
Ability to work independently and confidently in a private clinic setting.
Reliable, professional and committed to high‑quality imaging.
