Full job description

Before applying, please note that your application will not be considered if you are still at school or college due to this being a permanent position and continuing after September and your application will not be considered if you do not live in the Tunbridge Wells vicinity.

We are looking for a part-time Cafe assistant to join our award-winning vintage tea rooms in the heart of Southborough's friendly community. This is a permanent position, working 1 day a the week and Saturday's, including additional holiday cover during the week when needed.

You will need to have previous experience in hospitality and ideally be barista trained and live within walking distance, or a short drive from Southborough. Around 10-15 hours per week (including Saturday's).

Duties will include:

Making coffees and other beverages
Serving customers (with a smile!)
Waiting tables
Washing up
Support the rest of the team in the smooth running of the tea rooms

Full training will be provided but you need to be able to hit the ground running. If this sounds like you and you can demonstrate the following skills:
