About The Role

Job Role – Aftersales Advisor

Salary – £14.54 per hour

Location – BCA Paddock Wood

Working Hours – Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

Main purpose of the role

In this role, you’ll deliver industry-leading customer service to our buyers, ensuring a smooth and efficient vehicle collection experience. You’ll play a key part in resolving queries and complaints quickly, professionally, and cost-effectively, helping to maintain a positive customer journey from start to finish.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Carry out vehicle production administration, including accurate data entry and document management
Manage the Click & Collect process, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and positive experience for buyers and hauliers
Provide a professional front-of-house service to customers and site visitors
Support buyers by resolving queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
Work closely with the central claims team to ensure issues are handled promptly and recorded accurately
Respond to and action requests from the central call centre efficiently

To be successful, you’ll bring the following with you:

Strong customer service skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
Confident IT skills, with experience in Salesforce or similar systems desirable
Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
