About Us
We are a growing woman only Dartford-based company specialising in the supply and installation of plantation shutters for residential customers. Due to increasing demand, we are looking for a reliable and skilled Shutter Fitter to join our team.
The Role
Male & females welcome
You will be responsible for installing plantation shutters to a high standard in customers’ homes across Dartford, Kent, South East London, and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Installing plantation shutters accurately and efficiently
- Checking measurements and preparing installations
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
- Ensuring all work is completed to company quality standards
- Working independently and as part of a team
Requirements
Essential:
- Previous fitting or installation experience (shutters, blinds, windows, doors, carpentry, joinery, or similar)
- Full UK clean driving licence
- Good practical skills and attention to detail
- Professional and friendly manner with customers
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Desirable:
- Experience fitting plantation shutters
- Carpentry or joinery background
