Location: Hybrid 3 days home 2 days office (Billericay) with occasional travel to the homes

We’re looking for a Procurement Support professional to join our growing team, someone organised, proactive, and detail-focused, who’s ready to play a key role in keeping our operations efficient, compliant, and cost-effective.

About the role

You’ll be at the heart of our procurement function, providing essential support across a wide range of activities and categories, including food, medical supplies, IT, staffing, and more.

Key duties

Supporting day-to-day procurement operations, including supplier setup and purchase orders
Maintaining accurate supplier records, contracts, and procurement data
Coordinating quotes, tenders, and supplier communications
Monitoring supplier performance, contract compliance, and spend
Managing contract registers and flagging renewal dates
Resolving supplier and invoice queries in partnership with Finance
Producing reports to track spend, compliance, and savings opportunities
Supporting sustainability and ethical sourcing initiatives

About You

You’ll bring:

Strong communication skills and confidence working with suppliers and stakeholders
A keen eye for detail and accuracy in data and documentation
Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
A proactive, solution-focused mindset

It’s a bonus if you have:

Experience with purchase orders or procurement systems
Knowledge of contracts, supplier management, or compliance
Strong analytical skills with an interest in identifying cost efficiencies
