Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic team and ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests. In this vital role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, uphold food safety standards, and maintain a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver outstanding service while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Duties

Lead and coordinate all restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout each shift
Supervise and motivate staff, including servers, kitchen personnel, bartenders, and support staff, fostering a positive team environment
Oversee food production, preparation, and presentation to ensure quality standards are consistently met
Manage food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and compliance with health regulations
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability
Train new employees on service standards, safety procedures, and company policies
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to guarantee guest satisfaction

Requirements

Proven management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with supervising responsibilities
Strong knowledge of food production processes, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations
Experience in serving and food preparation across various culinary styles
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
Familiarity with restaurant operations management software and POS systems
Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest service excellence
Previous experience in kitchen or culinary roles is highly desirable, including barista experience or bar management knowledge
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
