Project Architect – Retail & Brand Environments

Location: Hull Studio | Full‑time, Permanent

Fresh is a team of designers, architects, brand thinkers, and problem‑solvers. We partner with some of the world’s most forward‑thinking brands, helping them push boundaries and reimagine what’s possible. Innovation sits at the heart of everything we do, from concept to delivery.

We’re looking for a Project Architect who’s excited by variety, motivated by high standards, and ready to take ownership of projects from early design stages through to completion. You’ll play a key role in shaping retail showroom refurbishments and branded environments for major global clients.

What You’ll Do

Lead and coordinate multiple architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
Prepare and collate detailed project information including plans, elevations, sections, technical details, visuals, and renderings.
Ensure all work complies with relevant building regulations, codes, and industry standards.
Attend site visits, monitor progress, and produce clear status reports.
Manage weekly project calls with clients and internal design teams to keep timelines on track.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in a Project Architect role.
A strong, well‑presented portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations.
Ability to commute to and work from our Hull Studio (Monday–Friday).
BA(Hons) in Architecture or equivalent experience/qualification.
