Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Music and Sporting Events Worker, where your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create unforgettable experiences for attendees. Responsibilities

Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all equipment and signage are properly arranged for optimal guest experience
Provide exceptional guest services by welcoming attendees, answering questions, and guiding them through event activities
Support ticketing and entry processes, verifying tickets or passes efficiently while maintaining security protocols
Promote additional offerings such as merchandise or food and beverages through friendly upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure all tasks are completed promptly and events run smoothly
Coordinate with team members to organize seating arrangements, manage crowd flow, and address any on-site issues swiftly
Maintain organizational records of attendance, sales, or feedback to support continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or similar customer-focused environments is highly desirable
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse audiences
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced settings
Proven time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities during events
Experience in upselling products or services to guests is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
A proactive attitude with a passion for creating lively, memorable events that guests will enjoy
