Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Snagger / Multi-Trade Operative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of trades and maintenance tasks across a range of properties. Your expertise and experience will ensure that quality workmanship is delivered. This position offers an exciting opportunity for hands-on work, problem-solving, and contributing to diverse building and refurbishment projects. A valid driver’s license and experience in on public sector / voids contracts are highly desirable to support your success in this role.

Responsibilities

Carry out multi-trade tasks including basic carpentry, patch painting, and general maintenance type works.
As the last pair of eyes on a project, after rip out teams, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, plasterers, and decorators have all completed their works, you must demonstrate a keen eye for detail and high standards to enact the finishing touches.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate daily activities and report progress or issues promptly.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Snagger or multi-trade operative within construction or property maintenance environments
Strong communication skills in English to ensure clear understanding of instructions and safety protocols
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is essential
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and working at heights when necessary
Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different project requirements
