Yes, you'll be filming adult toys. Yes, it's a real job.
We're a UK based company making premium fantasy adult toys (platinum silicone, entirely hand-crafted, genuinely lovely in a "wait, is that a dragon?" kind of way), and we've reached the point where we need another person behind the camera/iPhone 17 Pro turning all of it into short-form video for Instagram and our site.
The important bit up front, because nobody likes finding out three emails deep: this is adult product content. Product in hands, shown off on colourful backgrounds. No nudity, no lifestyle, no on-camera talent. Just clean, eye-catching product video. You do need to be completely comfortable with adult toys (which here is simply called "work").
What You'll Actually Be Doing:
- Shooting products to a setup we've already built (lighting, backgrounds, the whole rig, sitting there ready for you, so no faffing with a single light stand)
- Filming on an iPhone 17 Pro, which means no expensive kit required
- Editing in CapCut to a style template we'll give you (consistent intro, transitions, captions, cut rhythm, the lot)
- Batch work: multiple products per session that you will edit and deliver as publish ready clips
- Working from a shot list and brief we provide. We tell you what to shoot, you make it look great
What We're Looking For:
- A fast, consistent short-form editor who can match our style
- Someone comfortable on iPhone and CapCut
- Batch-minded and reliable
- Someone genuinely not fazed by adult products (this is a non-negotiable, considering the business we're in)
- Good instincts for what looks great in three seconds, because that's all anyone gives a reel before they keep scrolling
- Local to Hull. Sorry. You'll be filming here a lot and we haven't worked out how to do that remotely (we tried, but sending out products all over the country doesn't work well)
The Deal:
- Freelance/Project work to start
- A path to full-time for the right person (two brands, a lot of ambition, and a habit of biting off more than we can chew in the best way)
- You'll also get the best answer to the question "so what do you do?"

We're a team of 20 in Hull making everything ourselves. Our brands are Uncover Creations and Sinnovator. Search for us if you're curious, but maybe don't do it where people can see your phone.
