Full Time + Weekly Share of Tronc Gratuities (Average of £3.50–£5.75 per hour)

We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Hull Pizza & Gelato restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who believes that the best restaurants are built by investing in their people, setting high standards, and leading by example.

We're looking for a leader who thrives on developing others, building strong teams, and creating a positive culture where both people and the business can succeed.

The Role

As Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding experience while leading, coaching and supporting your team to perform at their very best.

You'll take ownership of service standards, financial performance, team development and the overall success of the restaurant, working with senior management to continually drive the business forward.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading and inspiring the restaurant team through every service.
Creating a welcoming, supportive and high-performing culture.
Recruiting, training and developing a motivated team.
Coaching supervisors and team members to build confidence and progress within the business.
Delivering consistently outstanding customer service.
Driving sales while managing labour, stock and costs to maximise profitability.
Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, food safety and compliance.
Managing rotas, stock control and day-to-day restaurant administration.

Has previous experience managing a busy restaurant.
Is a confident leader who motivates and develops their team.
Leads with positivity, integrity and professionalism.
Is passionate about training, mentoring and helping others succeed.
Understands that team wellbeing is just as important as operational performance.
Is commercially aware and confident managing budgets, labour and costs.
Is organised, proactive and calm under pressure.
Takes pride in delivering exceptional hospitality every single day.
