Job Opportunity: Subcontract Electricians Mates/Improvers Needed

Location: Various Locations Across the UK
Company: Linx Electrical Ltd.
Hours: 55+ Hours Per Week
Start Date: Immediate

Linx Electrical Ltd. is a leading provider of commercial electrical installations, known for delivering high-quality work across the UK. As we continue to grow, we are seeking experienced electricians’ mates and electrical improvers to join our team.

About the Role:

Work Type: Commercial Electrical Installations (1st and 2nd fix)
Scope: Electrical containment, wiring, installation, and troubleshooting
Projects: Large-scale commercial and retail projects
Location: Nationwide (must be willing to work away from home)
Hours: 55+ hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting installation of electrical systems including lighting, power, and containment
1st and 2nd fix electrical work on commercial sites.
Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard and in compliance with current regulations.
Working collaboratively with other trades on-site

Requirements:

Qualifications: Must hold relevant electrical or site qualifications (e.g. IPAF, ECS/CSCS card)
Experience: Proven experience in commercial electrical installations, particularly in containment and 1st/2nd fix
Flexibility: Willingness to work away from home a necessity.
Hours: 55+ per week
Transportation: Full UK driving license is desirable; travel shares can be arranged from our offices in Brough.

Pay: £12.50 - £16.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualification.

Allowance: Additional daily allowance for meals and expenses when working away
