Full job description

Unnatural Flooring and its sister companies are seeking a Full / Part Time Accounts Administrator to join its rapidly growing businesses. Based in our offices in Loddiswell, the desirable candidate would have previous experience working within an accounts department with a willingness to learn and a hard working attitude.

As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Finance Department with day-to-day accounting tasks. You’ll ensure accurate financial records are maintained and help the business manage its finances efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

Processing payments and invoices
Credit control and debt recovery tasks
Answering telephone queries and emails
Liaising with suppliers, customers and internal sales teams
Assisting with ad hoc finance projects as required

About You:

We are looking for someone proactive, organised and eager to learn. The ideal candidate should have:

Previous experience in an accounts or customer services role
Strong numeracy and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and organisational skills

Pay: £20,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
