About Hundred House
Hundred House is a speciality coffee roastery based in the Shropshire Hills, with a second site in St Leonards-on-Sea. We roast and supply coffee to wholesale partners across the UK while supporting artists through our Art + Industry programme.
We are a small but ambitious team focused on quality, transparency and building meaningful relationships across the coffee supply chain. As the business grows, we are expanding our production team and looking for a Production Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the roastery.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in detail, and wants to play a key role in ensuring our coffees reach customers accurately and efficiently.

You will work across all areas of production including grinding, packing, labelling, fulfilment and dispatch. You take pride in the small details that ensure quality and consistency: accurate weights, tight seals, clear labels, clean lines and tidy benches.
You will help maintain traceability records, organise stock, prepare customer orders and ensure every wholesale, retail and subscription order leaves the roastery accurately and on time.
This role requires attention to detail, good organisation and a collaborative approach to working within a small team.
