Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

C & M Global Ltd are exporters of textiles, second-hand children’s toys and end of line clearance stocks. The business is rapidly growing, so for the right person there is chance to grow with us!

We are looking for a Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for our visitors and staff. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, is highly organised and has an interest in social media and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception & Administration

Welcome visitors and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
Operation of Weighbridge and inputting the relevant data onto Excel /IT system.
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and emails.
Manage visitor records.
Support the team with general administrative tasks.
Keep reception and communal areas tidy and presentable.

Social Media Support

Assist with creating and scheduling social media content.
Capture photos and videos for social media platforms.
Help maintain our presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Monitor engagement and respond to enquiries where appropriate.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

About You

You'll have:

A friendly and professional manner.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confidence using social media platforms.
Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Hours:

Full time: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm, with 30 minutes unpaid lunch break.

Pay: £12.71 to £13.00 per hour
