Job Title: Self-Employed Viewing Agent – Leamington Spa (£15/hour)
Company: PRMS
Location: Leamington Spa
Job Type: Self-Employed / Part-Time / Freelance
Pay: £15 per hour (minimum per appointment, even if it lasts less than an hour)

About the Role:
PRMS is looking for a reliable and professional Viewing Agent to represent our property services business in Leamington Spa.

This role involves attending property viewings on behalf of landlords and property managers, meeting prospective tenants, and providing access to the properties. Appointments are scheduled in advance and may vary week to week.

What We Offer:

£15 per appointment (paid even if the appointment lasts less than an hour)
Flexible working hours – ideal for those looking to supplement other income
Ongoing support and training

What We're Looking For:

Based in Leamington Spa
Punctual, professional, and confident interacting with viewers
Access to a car and full UK driving licence
A smartphone with internet access
Previous experience required
Must be self-employed and able to invoice for completed work
