Full job description

Site & Project Coordinator – Construction & Renovations

We are a busy and growing property renovation and construction company looking for a motivated and organised Site & Project Coordinator to join our team.

This is a practical role combining site coordination, progress monitoring, materials planning and basic project measurement.

Main Responsibilities

Visit multiple active sites and monitor daily progress
Monitor attendance, start/finish times and general productivity
Take progress photos and prepare short daily site reports
Check workmanship, site organisation and readiness for the next trade
Coordinate materials requirements, collections and deliveries
Take site measurements and prepare basic quantities
Assist with measurements for quotations and subcontractor pricing
Liaise with trades, suppliers and the office
Help keep projects organised and running to programme

Ideal Candidate

This position could be particularly suitable for someone starting or developing their career in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Architectural Technology, Architecture or a similar construction-related field.

Extensive site-management experience is not essential. We are more interested in finding someone who is:

Organised, intelligent and practical
Reliable and confident communicating with trades
Comfortable using phones, apps and basic computer software
Able to work independently and manage their day
Keen to learn and progress within a growing construction business

Some construction knowledge or relevant studies are preferred.

Driving licence and own transport required. Mileage allowance provided for business travel.

Pay: £13–£15 per hour, depending on experience, plus performance bonus and opportunities for career progression as the company grows.

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Aberdeen
