Full job description

Winchesters Lettings is seeking a Part Time Property Administrator (25 hours per week) to help support the day to day operations in a busy property management office.

We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable working in a team environment. The ability to multi-task, while affording a high level of attention to detail and providing administrative support is essential in this position.

The ideal candidate will be outgoing, organised and comfortable speaking to clients. Industry experience would be beneficial but is not essential as full training will be provided.

The main parts of the job consists of:

Managing the transition periods at the beginning and end of tenancies, as well as the remarketing of rental properties
Ensuring accuracy of council tax and energy supply bills for vacant periods in tenancies
Supporting tenants with energy supply and council tax requirements at the beginning and end of tenancies
Giving administrative support to the team and Company Directors; contributing to the delivery of a high level of customer service and a positive working environment.

Full training provided.

All applicants must be happy being around animals as the office is Dog-Friendly.
