Store Manager – Vision Express (Widnes)

What You’ll Do

Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team with a clear, objective leadership style
Create a culture of exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on NPS and customer outcomes
Take full ownership of store performance, driving sales, productivity, and operational excellence
Use data, insight, and customer feedback to continuously improve the in-store experience
Embed consistent ways of working following the store’s transition to an operated model
Oversee all aspects of store operations including compliance, stock, and team planning

Earn monthly bonuses on top of your salary. Store Managers can earn up to £1,190 per month in bonus, plus uncapped commission, rewarding both individual and team performance. Your leadership drives results — and it pays off.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader
Strong people leader with an objective, performance-focused approach
Passion for delivering excellent customer experience, with a clear understanding of NPS
Commercially astute with the ability to interpret data and drive performance
Confident communicator who can engage, coach, and challenge a team
Experience managing change or transitions would be highly beneficial
