Full job description

We're looking for a passionate and reliable Cook Assistant to join our busy, family run coffee shop. We pride ourselves on serving freshly prepared breakfasts, brunches, lunches and a wide selection of home made cakes all made with quality ingredients and attention to detail.

You will closley work with our head chef assisting with baking, food preparation and delivering a smooth, efficient service.

Your key responsibilities and tasks will include:

Assist with the preparation and cooking of our menu
Preparing ingredients and keeping the kitchen organised for service
Maintaning high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
Helping bake our range of home made cakes and traybakes
To ensure all food deliveries are stored, packed, labelled and handled correctly.
