Multimedia and Design Executive
Are you a creative all-rounder who enjoys turning ideas into visuals that actually get used?
We’re looking for a Multimedia and Design Executive to join our marketing team and help bring our products, campaigns and brand messages to life across digital, print, social media, email, website, video and sales materials.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety. One day you might be creating graphics for a campaign, the next you could be filming product content, editing photos, preparing sales assets, refreshing website visuals or helping pull together material for a product launch.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager, wider marketing team, sales colleagues and external suppliers to make sure our content is clear, professional, on-brand and commercially useful.
What you’ll be doing
Creating visual marketing content for digital and print use, including social media posts, campaign visuals, email assets, product literature, flyers, brochures, point-of-sale materials and sales support documents.
Supporting product and campaign content through photography, image editing, short-form video, social media clips, product visuals and customer-facing materials.
Creating and editing video content for a range of platforms, from product-focused videos to shorter, more engaging content for social media.
Helping keep our social media and digital content fresh, professional and in line with the brand.
Preparing visuals for the website, email campaigns, landing pages and other digital platforms.
Supporting campaign and sales activity by creating promotional flyers, email graphics, customer packs, product comparison visuals, presentations and other sales materials.
Making sure all content follows brand guidelines and has a consistent look and feel across digital, print, video, social media, website, email and sales materials.
Keeping brand assets, templates, images, videos, logos, product visuals and design files organised and up to date.
Reviewing competitor activity across websites, social media, campaigns and product content, and bringing useful ideas back to the team.
Working with external designers, photographers, videographers, printers and agencies where needed, including preparing briefs, gathering assets, checking proofs and coordinating feedback.
Checking work carefully before it is issued, including spelling, product information, image quality, layout, formatting, branding and version control.
Supporting the wider marketing team with practical creative tasks and general marketing activity when required.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone creative, practical and organised, with a good eye for detail and the ability to turn briefs into strong visual content.
You’ll ideally have:
Graphic design skills for digital and print materials.
Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools. Adobe experience would be an advantage.
Photography and image-editing skills.
Video content creation and editing skills.
Experience creating content for social media, email, websites and sales use.
A good understanding of brand consistency and how to work with templates, guidelines and campaign briefs.
Strong attention to detail and good proof-checking skills.
Good organisation and time-management skills.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
A creative, hands-on and positive approach.
Confidence working with marketing, sales, product teams and external suppliers.
A willingness to review competitor content and bring ideas to the team.
A team-player attitude and willingness to help others when needed.
Occasional travel within the UK may be required for events, content creation or business activity.
Why this role?
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a varied creative role where their work has a visible impact. You’ll be involved in a wide mix of marketing activity and will help shape how our products, campaigns and brand are presented to customers.
If you enjoy design, content creation, video, photography and practical marketing work, this could be a great fit.
